Part A — Tickets and performance
C1. Application and confirmation
This part applies to the ticket and performance element of corporate HUMBUG bookings alongside the Show terms, Venue conditions and Ticketing terms. The contract for the performance is with NPG Producing Limited, company number 17417245, registered office 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, England, W1T 6EB. Eden Group Operations Ltd supplies venue food and beverages; Ticketing Everywhere Ltd provides ticketing.
The booking becomes binding when the booking confirmation email is received. The confirmation sets out the event date, ticket allocation, package and agreed price. Confirmation of the Eden food and beverage element is governed by Part B below.
C2. Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation. The remaining 50% is due no later than 14 calendar days before the event date. For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable if the corporate customer cancels, except where a refund is required by applicable law or arises under the organiser-cancellation provisions. It is part-payment of the agreed booking price. This does not permit retention of sums where doing so would be unlawful.
C3. Guests, changes and add-ons
Corporate guest substitutions are permitted through the customer service team. All attending guests must be at least 18 and satisfy the admission requirements. Guest substitution does not itself change the booked date, ticket category or number of tickets.
Date exchanges are governed by Show term S4, including the team’s discretion, availability, 72-hour request deadline, completion before the original performance date and £2.50 per-ticket exchange fee plus any increase in face value. A cheaper replacement ticket does not generate a refund of the difference. Notify the sales company of any purchased food and beverage packages when requesting a date exchange. The sales company will confirm the arrangements with Eden and advise you of availability and any applicable costs before the food and beverage change is confirmed. An approved ticket exchange does not itself confirm a change to the Eden food and beverage package; Part B applies to that element.
Corporate and group food and beverage packages supplied by Eden are governed by Part B below. Venue condition V5 also applies to venue service and redemption arrangements; the specific booking, payment and change provisions in Part B apply to the corporate food and beverage package. Confirmed ticket inclusions and seating arrangements are described in Show term S2 and the booking confirmation.
C4. Cancellation, complaints and law
Organiser cancellation, interrupted performances, material changes and statutory remedies are addressed in Show term S6. The non-refundable deposit provision does not override any applicable entitlement under that section or the law.
Corporate enquiries may be sent to sales@humbugchristmas.co.uk. Booking support and complaints should be sent to hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply remain unaffected.
Part B — Eden food and beverage packages
HUMBUG 2026
Corporate F&B Booking Terms
Greenwich Borough Hall | 2nd–24th December 2026
These terms apply to corporate and group food and beverage packages supplied by Eden at HUMBUG 2026.
The HUMBUG admission ticket and performance are supplied separately by the event producer/ticket seller and are subject to their applicable ticket terms. These terms govern the Eden F&B element only.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A corporate F&B booking is confirmed only when the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
- All bookings are subject to availability. Any bespoke inclusions or variations must be confirmed in writing.
2. Deposit & Final Payment
- A 50% deposit of the total F&B package value is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.
- For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Final Guest Numbers
- Final guaranteed guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.
- After the final confirmation deadline, guest numbers cannot be reduced and charges will be based on the confirmed guaranteed number or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
- Any increase after the deadline is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
4. Menu Selections, Dietary Requirements & Allergens
- Final menu selections and all dietary and allergen requirements must be provided no later than 14 days before the event.
- Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available by advance pre-order only and must be included within the final confirmed guest numbers.
- Allergen information will be made available on request. Food is prepared and served in environments where allergens may be present, and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
5. Client Cancellation & Reductions
- All cancellations and requested reductions must be made in writing. Where a booking is cancelled or reduced, Eden may retain or charge an amount that reasonably reflects the losses directly resulting from the cancellation or reduction, including committed food and beverage costs, staffing commitments, administration and other non-recoverable costs, taking account of costs saved and reasonable steps available to reduce the loss.
- The closer a cancellation or reduction is to the event date, the greater Eden’s committed costs are likely to be. Any cancellation charge will therefore be assessed by reference to the circumstances and Eden’s resulting loss and will not exceed the amount reasonably required to compensate Eden for that loss.
- Once final guest numbers, menu selections and dietary requirements have been confirmed 14 days before the event, Eden may commit to procurement, staffing and production based on those confirmed numbers. A cancellation or reduction after that deadline may therefore result in up to 100% of the affected confirmed F&B package value becoming payable, but only to the extent that this reasonably reflects Eden’s resulting loss.
- Where Eden is able reasonably to avoid or reduce a loss, including by cancelling commitments or reallocating stock or resources, this will be taken into account when determining any amount retained or charged. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights that apply to the booking.
6. Drinks-Inclusive Packages
- Drinks included within a package are limited to the quantities and selections stated in the confirmed package.
- Substitutions and upgrades are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Any additional drinks, bar tabs or consumption outside the confirmed package will be charged separately.
7. Additional Consumption
- Any food or beverage ordered or consumed in addition to the confirmed package will be charged at the applicable event price and must be settled using the agreed payment method.
8. Pre-Orders & Confirmed F&B
- F&B pre-orders become operationally committed following the applicable final confirmation deadline. After that point, Eden may procure stock, schedule staffing and prepare production against the confirmed order. Any cancellation or reduction will be dealt with under section 5 above.
- Refunds, credits or changes affecting a confirmed Eden F&B order after the applicable cut-off are subject to these terms and applicable law. Where consumer law applies, these terms do not remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Event Changes or Cancellation
- If the HUMBUG performance is cancelled, postponed or materially changed by the event producer, ticket-related remedies are the responsibility of the producer/ticket seller under its applicable ticket terms.
- If an Eden F&B service cannot be provided and the customer is not at fault, any refund or other remedy relating to the Eden F&B element will be determined in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. Eden will not rely on these terms to retain payment for an F&B service that it is legally required to refund.
10. Service & Availability
- Eden may make reasonable substitutions where a particular ingredient, product or drink becomes unavailable, provided the replacement is of a reasonably comparable type and standard.
- Operational arrangements, service points and service timings may be adjusted where reasonably necessary for safety, licensing or effective event operation.
11. Agency Bookings
- Any agency commission or commercial arrangement is subject to separate written agreement with the relevant agency or event partner and does not alter the client's confirmed package price unless expressly stated.
12. Liability & Statutory Rights
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that apply to the booking.
