Separate show, venue, ticketing and corporate terms

How these terms fit together

The Show terms cover the performance and its booking, exchange and refund policies. The Venue conditions cover admission, safety, access, food and beverages, and venue services. The Ticketing terms cover confirmation, payment, ticket delivery and customer support. The Corporate terms apply additionally to corporate bookings.

Your contract for the HUMBUG performance is with NPG Producing Limited. Eden Group Operations Ltd operates Greenwich Borough Hall and supplies its food and beverages. Ticketing Everywhere Ltd provides ticketing. Each remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.

Read the applicable sets together before booking. The Show terms govern performance-related matters and the Venue conditions govern access to and use of the venue. The Corporate terms replace the consumer full-payment requirement for corporate bookings. Ticketing arrangements must follow the HUMBUG exchange and refund policies. None of these provisions removes mandatory legal rights.

The version supplied when your booking is confirmed applies to that booking. Later website changes do not automatically change an existing booking. These terms should be available before payment and supplied with the confirmation in a form the booker can retain.
