A Christmas party with a live show at its heart. Expect a live band, singalongs, games and a Santa who needs a serious helping of Christmas spirit. Come for the festive chaos. Stay for the party.

HUMBUG takes over Greenwich Borough Hall, Royal Hill, London SE10 8RE, from 4–24 December 2026, on selected dates. The venue is approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Greenwich station (DLR and National Rail), or 4 minutes from Cutty Sark DLR.

Expect over two hours of entertainment, including the live show and party, with an interval during the show. Full timings will be confirmed before booking opens.

Only if you want to. Sing your heart out, get involved in the games or enjoy the chaos from your seat. How much you join in is up to you.

This Santa is strictly for grown-ups.

Expect adult humour, cheeky insults, dirty jokes and a few things we definitely wouldn’t put in a letter to the North Pole.

HUMBUG is strictly 18+, and all guests must be aged 18 or over.

Come as you are, there’s no dress code at HUMBUG. But if you fancy adding a little festive flair, we’re certainly not going to stop you.

Of course. You can’t save Christmas on an empty stomach.

There’ll be a tasty selection of food available throughout the night to keep you fuelled for the festivities.

Yes. The show includes snow effects, fire, sparks, haze, flashing lights and loud noises. If these may affect you, email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk before booking so you can discuss your needs with the team.

It all depends on how you like to do Christmas.

Christmas Crackers: Beer Hall is for getting stuck in; shared tables and plenty of festive fun. Seats are first come, first served, so grab your spot and make yourself merry.

Sleigh: VIP Cabaret gets you closer to the stage with dedicated cabaret seating, some of the best views in the house, table service, a welcome drink and complimentary cloakroom use. A little extra jingle, if you will.

Snow Globe: Balcony is for sitting back and soaking it all in, with allocated seating and a brilliant view of the festivities from above.

Beer Hall seating is first come, first served, so sitting together isn’t guaranteed. Please try to arrive with your full party. VIP guests have dedicated seating, while Balcony guests book specific seats. For a larger party, contact sales@humbugchristmas.co.uk to discuss your plans.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive your confirmation email. Standard bookings are paid in full at the time of purchase. Corporate bookings have a separate payment schedule.

Check your junk folder first. Still nothing? Email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk with the name, email address and billing address used for your booking.

If you can no longer make your booking, you can exchange your tickets to another available date, provided your request is made 48 hours before your original visit.

Exchanges are subject to availability and a £2 exchange fee per ticket. Please note, if the ticket value is higher than your original booking, you’ll need to pay the difference. If they cost less, we can’t refund the difference.

Exchange requests made within 48 hours of your visit will not be accepted.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets can’t be resold or transferred to another guest. Guest substitutions are available for corporate bookings only and must be arranged through our customer service team.

Secure My Booking is optional booking protection with its own terms and covered circumstances. If you purchased it and can’t attend, check your purchase confirmation and the provider’s terms to see whether you can apply. It doesn’t cover every reason for missing a show, and claims are handled through the provider’s application process.

Cast and performers may change. A cast change doesn’t automatically entitle you to a refund, but your statutory rights are unaffected.

Check your ticket and pre-visit information for arrival and performance times, and allow time for security and bag checks. Beer Hall seating is first come, first served.

We’ll do our best to get you in if you’re running late. Entry is permitted within the first 15 minutes of the performance, subject to security checks and staff instructions.

After that, entry is at the team’s discretion and can’t be guaranteed, so don’t leave it too late to get your jingle on.

Unfortunately, missed performances aren’t eligible for a refund.

Yes. Bring an original, valid photo ID proving you’re 18 or over: a passport, photocard driving licence or proof-of-age card bearing the PASS hologram. If you can’t prove your age to the venue’s satisfaction, you may be refused entry.

The venue is cashless, so bring a payment card for food, drinks and any other purchases.

Bags will be checked on entry, and security searches take place at the door. Bags larger than a standard rucksack must be left in the cloakroom. Cloakroom use is charged, except for Sleigh VIP ticket holders, who can use it free of charge.

Only if you’re using the designated smoking area and following the venue team’s directions. Otherwise, once you leave, you can’t re-enter. Smoking and vaping aren’t permitted indoors.

Absolutely. If you didn’t post it, did Christmas even happen?

Snap away and capture the festive nonsense, just be mindful of our performers, team and your fellow HUMBUGgers while you do.

If a member of the team asks you to put the camera away at any point, please do.

Otherwise, fill your festive boots.

Photography and filming may take place throughout HUMBUG for production, promotional and marketing purposes, including use across our website, social media and other marketing channels.

Signage will be displayed whenever official filming is taking place.

If you have any concerns about appearing in official photography or filming, please speak to a member of the team when you arrive.

We like merry. We don’t like messy.

By all means eat, drink and be very merry, but guests who are excessively intoxicated, abusive, disruptive or behaving unsafely may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Be merry. Be nice. Don’t be that person.

Guests who are refused entry or removed for these reasons will not be eligible for a refund, subject to your statutory rights.

Wheelchair and step-free access can be accommodated in the Beer Hall area only, because of the venue layout and lift access. Seats can be removed to make space for wheelchair users. Email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk before booking so we can discuss the arrangements you need.

Yes. A lift connects the ground floor and performance floor. It is reserved for disabled guests and their companions.

Yes. Accessible toilets are located downstairs, with lift access between the ground floor and performance floor.

Yes, more comfortable seating can be provided for guests who need it. Email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk before your visit to discuss your requirements. Accessible seating arrangements are in the Beer Hall area.

Absolutely. Bring the office, the team or the people you actually want to spend Christmas with. Email sales@humbugchristmas.co.uk to discuss group bookings and private hire.

Corporate bookings require a 50% deposit on confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 14 working days before the performance. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, except where a refund is legally required. Separate corporate booking terms apply.

Yes. Corporate guest substitutions can be arranged through hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk. Please contact the team so they can update the booking.

Food and drink are supplied and operated by the venue, Eden Group Operations Ltd. For orders, service or food and drink queries during your visit, speak to the venue team.

Tell the venue team about any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering or redeeming a food or drink add-on. Eden is responsible for handling your request. If it can’t fulfil your requirement for an item you’ve paid for, the affected item will be refunded. This doesn’t automatically mean a refund for your show ticket or whole package.

Redeem your add-ons before the earlier of these two points: 1 hour 45 minutes after the performance starts, or when last orders are called. Arriving late doesn’t extend the deadline. Unused add-ons aren’t refunded because you missed the redemption window or didn’t attend.

Outside food, drink and alcohol aren’t permitted. If you need to bring something for a medical or disability-related reason, email hello@humbugchristmas.co.uk before your visit so the team can discuss the necessary arrangements.
